Texas Law permits the City of Houston to support neighborhoods with Deed Restriction Enforcement of these types of Restrictions:

  • Use Provisions - residential vrs. commercial
  • Building Line Setbacks
  • Size of lots, number and type of structures
  • Facing of structures
  • Fences  where the fence would require a permit (over 8' or masonry over 4')
