Transfer FeeIf you are a tax service company or title company looking for information about the necessary transfer fees, please see this page. Deed RestrictionsYou can download the text of the Deed Restrictions for Garden Oaks, by Section. The Section 1 Amendment A for sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 Amendment A is the amendment to the deed restrictions that created GOMO, and should be downloaded with the deed restrictions for sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 in order to have the complete deed restrictions for those sections. *Note: Section 4 is continuing their effort to join GOMO. While section 4 does not have GOMO to help with its deed restrictions, the deed restrictions for that section are still valid and enforceable. At this time, section five has a director position open.
